Tough Competition Results in Good Performances
Both the boys and girls teams suffered losses yesterday, but there were several outstanding individual performances!!
Several athletes had personal records or season best performances and the team spirit was evident again as many team members were present to watch the final event at the javelin.
We are now in mid-season form. Your training and the good competition is resulting in noticable improvements to your times, heights and distances. DON’T LET UP! STAY FOCUSED AND CONTINUE TO IMPROVE SO YOU CAN PUT FORTH YOUR BEST EFFORT AT THE DISTRICT MEET!
