Congratulations to the boys and girls teams on their great seasons! The boys finished 4-1-1 and the girls finished a strong 4-2. A special congratulations goes out to Jasmine Stevenson on her awesome performances, breaking the school record in the 100m dash, a 31 year old record AND the 200m dash, which was a 13 year old record!!

Alright district qualifiers, it’s that time of year… Eat well, get proper rest and fine tune your training so that you are at your best for the end of season meets… GO PACK TRACK!!
Congratulation to the boys and girls teams for their great performances against Scranton. The ladies had a convincing victory by a score of 105-43 and the boys won by a score of 97-53.
Both teams are in the midst of very successful seasons and each have an overall league record of 3-1.
We also had some athletes perform very well at East Stroudsburg University and earn medals at the Red and Black relays on Friday night. Congratulations to Anthony Bouselli, Ricky Smith, Pat Keane, Kyle Hartman and Taylor Campfield for their medal winning performances!!

Congratulations to the boys and girl’s teams on their victories over Honesdale on Tuesday! There were some awesome times, heights and distances and several more district qualifying performances were recorded. Special congratulations to Anthony Bouselli on breaking his own school record in the javelin with a very impressive heave of 190’-4".
Next on the calendar is a very strong North Pocono team. It will be a tough meet for both the boys and girls so train hard, eat well and get plenty of rest so you can be at your best against the Trojans!!
Reminder about the East Stroudsburg South HS Cavalier relays on Saturday. The bus leaves the HS parking lot promptly at 8:00 a.m. and should return approx. 3:00 p.m.
The coaching staff would like to say thank you to the many volunteers and athletes who helped make Saturday’s meet such a great event! We would also like to congratulate the athletes on some spectacular performances. You all represented Wallenpaupack very well and we certainly brought home our share of medals :)
Special recognition is awarded to Anthony Bouselli. Anthony and Shawn Reid, who PR’ed with a distict qualifying throw of 124’ won first place in the discus. Anthony and Pat Keane won first place in the Javelin, Pat PR’ed with an impressive 161’ heave and Anthony broke his own school record!! In the shot put Anthony and Brad Bieski won second place where Brad PR’ed with a his first 40’ put.
On the girls side, the 4×800 relay team had a strong showing with a second place finish and the 4X400 relay team brought home the gold medal against some very tough competition. Great job ladies.
Now it’s time to focus our competitive energy to tomorrow’s meet against a tough Honesdale team.
The weather is heating up and so is the competition… Keep working hard in practice so that you will be your best in May!!
Congratulations to the boys for their 80.5 to 68.5 victory over Western Wayne. First place finishers were the 3200m relay team, the 400m relay team, C. Schmalzle in the 1600m, S. Duncan in the 3200m, A. Bouselli won the shot put, discus and Javelin and J. Schantz in the 400m.
On the girls side we had the following first place finishers… The 3200m relay team, 1600m relay team, A. Lafave in the 1600m & 800m, J. Stevenson in the 100m & 200m, H. Decker in the 400m and H. Stack in the 3200m.
Ice Breaker Relays are this Saturday… plan to be there and let’s bring home some hardware for Wallenpaupack!!!
