Congratulations to the Ladies on their victory overy Lakeland on Tuesday. The win puts our record at 4-2 and tied for second place in the league! That leaves only one more dual meet…let’s make it a good one!

The coaches would like to extend a HUGE THANK YOU to all of the athletes, parents and student volunteers that helped to make Saturdays meet a success. The weather was awesome and everyone pulled together to make the day run smoothly. We received many compliments on what a great meet it was. A special thank you goes out to all of the parents who donated food and volunteered their time to work the concession stand!

The girls team went into the North Pocono meet a slight underdog and came up with some HUGE performances to earn the victory over the lady Trojans. That win now puts their record at 3-2.
CONGRATULATIONS TO THE 4 X 800 RELAY TEAM OF MARTONE, SCHMIDT, STACK AND MANN FOR SETTING A NEW SCHOOL RECORD!!. Our girls crushed the old record, which stood for over 20 years, by 7 seconds! With a bevy of talented 800m runners, don’t be surprised to see that record broken again!!!
